- Are these testimonials from real clients?
- Yes. Written testimonials come from clients of The Andrews Law Firm, P.C. and are published with their permission. Google reviews are posted by clients directly on the firm’s Google Business Profile.
- Why does each testimonial come with a disclaimer?
- California’s rules on lawyer advertising presume that a testimonial or endorsement is misleading unless it includes a disclaimer such as: “This testimonial or endorsement does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or prediction regarding the outcome of your legal matter.”
- Are clients paid or rewarded for testimonials?
- California Rule of Professional Conduct 7.2 generally prohibits a lawyer from giving anything of value to a person for recommending the lawyer’s services, and Google’s policies prohibit incentivized reviews.
- Will my matter turn out the same way?
- Not necessarily. Results depend on the facts, the documents, the people involved and the law at the time. A testimonial describes one client’s experience.
- How do I leave a review?
- Open the firm’s Google Business Profile from this page and choose to write a review. You can also send a written testimonial to the office by email.
- Will my private information appear in a testimonial?
- No. Testimonials do not include confidential details about a client’s family, assets or legal matter, and a testimonial is published only with the client’s permission.
- How can I check Elaine Andrews’s credentials?
- Search the attorney profiles on the State Bar of California website. Her profile shows her license status and her certification as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law.
- Where else can I read about the firm?
- The Client Reviews page links to the firm’s Google reviews and to the 2025 BusinessRate recognition as Best Law Firm in Truckee, which was based on an evaluation of Google review data.
